-
The whole CRM
Contacts, pipelines, calendars, messaging and reporting, branded as RA Solutions and built before you get the keys.
-
Follow-up already running
Call tasks, texts and emails on a schedule, so a lead is worked the same way whether you remember or not.
-
Your own business line
Calls, texts and voicemail inside the CRM, with the whole thread on the contact record. You pick the area code.
-
The verticals you write
Six available, added on request from inside your account. See the list.
-
An agent website
Pick a ready-made site for your business and we point it at your CRM, so the leads it captures land in the pipeline you already work.
-
An AI booking assistant
It works a new lead by text and puts booked appointments on your calendar, so a lead that comes in at 9pm is not waiting on you.
-
Training and support
A ticket system that tracks to a close, live screen-share calls you can book, and a video library being recorded now.
Texts and calls are pay as you go.
The membership covers the CRM. Sending texts, making calls and sending email run through the carrier at cost — you buy credit in any amount and only pay for what you actually send.
- Text messages
- $0.01 per segment
- A segment is 160 characters. $10 is roughly 1,000 of them.
- Outbound calls
- $0.0168 per minute
- $10 is roughly 595 minutes of talking.
- Inbound calls
- $0.0102 per minute
- $10 is roughly 980 minutes.
- $0.0025 per email
- $10 is roughly 4,000 emails.
Rates are for US numbers. International rates and special routes vary, and adding images or emojis to a text increases the per-segment cost. Carrier registration fees for getting your number approved to send business texts are separate and set by the carriers, not by us.
What happens next.
Your CRM is ready
The subscription builds your account automatically. You get login details and land on a page that walks you through the first four things to do.
Pick a number, start registration
You choose a phone number for your area inside the CRM. US carriers have to approve a business before it can send business texts, and we file that registration for you. Calling and email work throughout.
Training, then your setup call
Work the short lessons in order, then book a screen-share to point the CRM at how you actually sell.
Ask first, then decide.
If you want to see it before you put a card in, or you have a question about how it would fit what you already do, ask.
